Offender Pay Programs

Any of our monitoring programs are available with an offender pay option, where offenders can be directly billed for monitoring services instead of the monitoring agency. This lets offenders take responsibility for their own rehabilitation costs, and can make electronic monitoring cost-neutral for the justice system. Offender pay programs make the cost savings of electronic monitoring over incarceration even more dramatic.
